Policy on Fee Waivers for Doctoral (Third-Cycle) Students
The Editorial Board of the scholarly journal provides a full waiver of article processing, peer review, and publication fees for research articles submitted by doctoral (third-cycle) students enrolled in state-funded programs, provided that such submissions are single-authored, fall within the journal’s scope, comply with the journal’s author guidelines, adhere to the principles of academic integrity and publication ethics, and successfully pass the independent peer-review process.
In line with the principles of the diamond open access model and in support of early-career researchers, the Editorial Board also extends this fee waiver policy to single-authored submissions from doctoral (third-cycle) students enrolled in fee-based programs, subject to compliance with the same editorial, scientific, and ethical standards.
The granting of a fee waiver does not imply automatic acceptance of a manuscript and does not confer any advantage in the editorial evaluation process. All submissions are considered solely on the basis of their scholarly merit, including relevance to the journal’s scope, scientific quality, originality, accuracy of citation, and compliance with publication ethics, including the absence of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, unethical use of artificial intelligence, or any other forms of academic misconduct.
