Aims and Scope
The electronic peer-reviewed academic journal of Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas «Coordinates of Public Administration» is positioned as a specialized scholarly platform for disseminating the results of original research in the field of public administration and governance.
The journal is focused on the scientific analysis of transformations of public authority, institutional capacity of the state and territorial communities, mechanisms of public policy formulation and implementation, and the development of civil service and service in local self-government bodies.
The aim of the journal is to establish a high-quality academic environment for the dissemination of reliable, methodologically sound, and practically relevant research findings that deepen the understanding of the patterns of public governance, contribute to the improvement of administrative mechanisms, and provide scholarly support for the democratic, legal, institutional, and territorial development of Ukraine.
The journal promotes academic discussion on contemporary challenges in public administration, particularly in the context of decentralization, digital transformation, European integration, security challenges, post-war recovery, modernization of the civil service, and strengthening the capacity of territorial communities.
Objectives of the Journal
The primary objectives of the journal are:
– to publish previously unpublished scholarly articles presenting original research results in public administration and governance;
– to analyse the functioning of public institutions, decision-making mechanisms, and interactions between the state, territorial communities, and civil society;
– to advance research on administrative, legal, organizational, human resource, financial, digital, communicative, and crisis management mechanisms in public administration;
– to support interdisciplinary research integrating public administration with law, economics, sociology, political science, regional studies, and security studies;
– to contribute to the development of a scientific basis for improving public policy, territorial governance, the quality of public services, and institutional capacity of public authorities;
