Abstract

The article examines the phenomenon of psychological resilience among public servants, which acts as a complex system that combines both protective and pathogenic factors, as well as a number of internal and external processes that play a significant role in understanding aspects of health and illness, as well as in shaping pathways to treatment and subsequent recovery. The authors emphasize the importance of studying the issue of psychological resilience among public servants in the modern world, which is undergoing rapid social, economic, and cultural changes. It is argued that these transformations create new challenges that require urgent solutions, especially in the context of the high stress and responsibility faced by public servants. The research highlights the importance of psychological resilience as a critical factor for the effectiveness of professional activities, as well as the necessity of using training technologies to enhance the resilience of public servants under martial law conditions. Through the use of training technologies, public servants will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of effective stress management methods and improve their psychophysical health, which will positively impact the quality of their professional activities and personal well-being
