Peer-review process

The reviewer evaluates the article for compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and determines the feasibility of its publication, if necessary, makes specific comments on improving the content of the article (manuscript review is allowed). The review period is no more than 7 days.

The reviewer has the right to abbreviate and scientifically edit the texts of articles submitted for publication.

After scientific editing to correct technical errors, the article is sent to the author, after which the corrected paper version of the article is returned to the Editor-in-Chief of the journal «Coordinates of Public Administration» for re-editing, then the Editor-in-Chief gives the article to the literary editor of the Department of Public Administration and Management for layout.

Articles of nonresident authors are independently processed by the literary editor of the Department of Public Management and Administration.

After taking into account the reviewer's comments, receiving a positive review and eliminating errors, the author resubmits the article to the Editor-in-Chief of the journal «Coordinates of Public Administration».

In case of a negative review (without the right to revise), the article is withdrawn from consideration. The author of the article has the right to appeal the decision of the reviewer to the Editor-in-Chief of the journal «Coordinates of Public Administration».

In case of appealing the reviewer's decision to withdraw the article from consideration, the Editor-in-Chief of the journal «Coordinates of Public Administration» should submit to the meeting of the editorial board the issue of the possibility or inexpediency of publishing the article withdrawn from consideration.

The final version of the article to be published in the journal «Coordinates of Public Administration» must be signed by the author, and the articles of nonresident authors must be signed by the editor of the editorial board of the journal «Coordinates of Public Administration».

The recommendation to print the next issue of the journal «Coordinates of Public Administration» is preliminarily considered at the meeting of the Editorial Board of each Issue, which precedes the consideration of this issue at the meeting of the Academic Council of IFNTUOG, which approves and recommends the Issue for posting on the relevant official web pages.
